I purchased a cheap C3PO for another tabletop game called "Imperial Assault", cut him up, and glued him together in the same configuration as the movie. I couldn't find a fine enough net that would hold together at the size I needed, but overall I'm very happy with it and I get a lot of comments when I show it to others :).

i made a card for this mini!

Lego makes nets that should be small enough for a miniature if you cut it up a bit! That looks so darn cool though, great work!
Looks great! Bold of you to paint faces when helmets were available, lol. I hate painting faces. You are lots better than me there!

How did you do the insignia?
Spitznaz5/11 at 11:58
Insignia I used a cut toothpick to do a perfect white circle, then used a 03 micron pen (from when I went to art school) and did the symmetrical lines across the center of the circle, and used a 05 micron pen for the center (if I'm remembering correctly)
that is really good. What basing material did you use?

Thanks @spacemanspiff!! I used some really fine flock that I found on Amazon, can't recall the name unfortunately. I made the shrubs from fine leaf foliage, just clipped the branches off of the trees, drilled small holes in the base, thread them through and super glued them :).
